1. Outright purchase model
In the Outright Purchase model, the client is responsible for providing all the necessary capital and WaterSolve on the other hand serves as the contractor in the arrangement. Importantly, once the plant is constructed and operational, the client fully owns it.
2. Build-own-operate model
In the Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model, WaterSolve provide all the necessary capital for the construction of the treatment plant, as well as handle its ongoing operations. This will be done based on an off-take agreement over 5 to 10 Years, capital dependent. The water produced by the plant is then sold to the client. This arrangement allows the client to focus on their core activities, and the entire operation of the plant is outsourced to WaterSolve.
3. Repayment option
The repayment option aligns with a conventional loan framework, wherein WaterSolve offers financing for the treatment plant with a flexible repayment structure spanning 5 to 10 years. During this specified period, the client retains the option to either enter into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with WaterSolve or assume direct responsibility for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the treatment plant.
